Josh's childhood was marked by frequent moves due to his father's job as a construction engineer, resulting in ten different towns and countries before he even reached high school. These experiences instilled in him a comfort with change and a nomadic lifestyle.

Josh's passion lies at the intersection of businesses seeking innovation, brands striving for excellence, and people who understand that in a rapidly changing world, adaptation is key. He firmly believes that impactful creative ideas have the power to transform not only businesses but also hearts. This philosophy has led to numerous successes for his clients on a global scale.

As a decorated Creative Director at agencies such as Clemenger BBDO (AUS), 72 and Sunny (LA), and most recently, Mother (NYC), Josh has garnered a wealth of experience in the advertising industry. Despite his impressive record of over 100 accolades, including multiple gold Cannes Lions, Josh acknowledges that only his mother seems to care outside of the advertising industry. His Mum is proud to see his work also exhibited in the permanent collection at MoMA New York.
